General Terms & Conditions – The CEO Lounge

 

  1. Booking Confirmation
     
    • A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit is paid or a package is selected and acknowledged by the customer.
       
    • Management reserves the right to cancel or reassign bookings if guests arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice.
       

  1. Age Restriction
     
    • All guests must be 18+. Valid photo ID may be required. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Children under 18 must leave the premises by 9pm latest.
       

  1. Behaviour & Conduct
     
    • The CEO Lounge is a premium venue. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any guest behaving in a disorderly, aggressive, or inappropriate manner.
       

  1. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
     
    • Please inform staff of any allergies in advance. We do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee allergen-free food.
       

  1. Décor & External Items
     
    • Cakes are welcome with prior notice. No outside food or drinks are permitted.


  • Balloons and light decorations are allowed in moderation. Confetti, candles, or smoke bombs are not permitted unless pre-approved.
     

  1. Photography & Media
     
    • We may capture photography and video during events for promotional purposes. Please inform a manager if you wish to opt out.
       

  1. Refunds & Cancellations
     
    • Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable, unless cancelled with more than 7 days' notice.
       
    • No refunds for no-shows or cancellations under 48 hours.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
    • Prepaid packages and deposits are non-transferable to another date without prior approval.
       

Celebration Package Terms – The CEO Lounge

  1. Package Availability
     
    • Packages are subject to availability and must be confirmed before arrival. Substitutions may be offered if an item is unavailable.
       

  1. Package Content
     
    • Packages include the items listed (bottles, platters, seating upgrades, etc.). These cannot be swapped for other menu items.
       
    • All bottle inclusions are 70cl unless otherwise stated.
       

  1. Service Duration
     
    • The CEO Classic package includes a 2-hour table reservation.
       
    • The CEO Celebration includes Unlimited Stay (with ongoing orders) and The CEO Executive packages includes unlimited stay (last entry 11:30PM, venue closes at 1AM Fri–Sat, 12AM Sun–Thurs).
       
    • Management may respectfully reassign seating during high demand periods unless the VIP area is included.
       

  1. VIP Upgrade
     
    • VIP seating or private room upgrade is only included in the package where stated. It is subject to availability and may be reallocated if not confirmed with prepayment.
       

  1. Payment Terms
     
    • Full payment is due on the night unless prepaid in advance. Deposits are deducted from final bill.
       
    • A discretionary service charge of 10% may be applied for large groups (6+).
       

  1. Sparkler Safety
     
    • Sparklers are for celebratory use only and must be handled carefully. Guests assume responsibility for any misuse or injury.
       

  1. Intoxication Policy
     
    • Management reserves the right to stop serving alcohol if any guest appears overly intoxicated or disruptive, even if part of a prepaid package.
       

  1. Minimum Spend
     
    • Packages count toward the minimum spend where applicable (e.g., for table bookings or lounge areas).
       
    • Additional charges apply for any extras outside of the package.


 

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once full payment has cleared – whether for Whole Venue Hire, VIP Room Hire, or Celebration Packages. 

2. Minimum Spend & Billing

  • Whole Venue Hire requires a minimum spend of £6,000 (food & drinks only).
     
  • VIP Room Hire requires a minimum spend of £2,000 (food & drinks only).
     
  • Celebration Packages start from £50 per person.
    These amounts are billed in full, even if fewer guests attend. No refunds or reductions apply for reduced attendance.
     

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at least 7 days before the event.
     
  • All payments are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of reduced attendance, no-shows, or cancellations.
     
  • Bookings are fully confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
     

4. Final Guest Numbers & Menu Confirmation

  • Final guest numbers and menu selections must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
     
  • Preparation costs are incurred based on these final numbers and cannot be refunded for no-shows.
     

5. No-Shows & Guest Shortfall

  • No refunds or reductions will be offered for guests who do not attend.
     
  • All food, drinks, and staffing are prepared in advance; your minimum spend ensures full coverage despite lower attendance.
     

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
     
  • We may offer a credit for an alternative date up to 3 months ahead, subject to availability.
     
  • For Celebration Packages, if cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance, up to 3 alternative dates may be offered within 3 months.
     
  • Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the booking and all payment.
     

7. Conduct & Dress Code

  • Events must conclude within the agreed timeframe. Any extensions are subject to extra charges.
     
  • The CEO Lounge reserves the right to terminate any event early for disruptive or unsafe behaviour.
     
  • A smart dress code is enforced—no sportswear or excessively casual attire is permitted.
     

8. Damage & Liability

  • Organisers are liable for any damage caused by guests to the venue or equipment.
     
  • Costs for repair or replacement will be added to the final invoice.
     

9. External Vendors & Additional Services

  • Additional requests—such as entertainment, décor, or external vendors—must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
     

10. Licensing & Compliance

  • All events must comply with local licensing laws, including alcohol service and noise regulations.
     
  • Under-18s are not permitted at events serving alcohol unless agreed in writing ahead of time.
